We are seeking a motivated candidate to fill the role of Ocean Import Operation / customer service Coordinator in our rapidly growing firm. This individual should be comfortable communicating directly with clients, especially by phone. We offer competitive medical benefits including dental/vision insurance

Job responsibilities:

1, Familiar with the United States local maritime import operation process (including DAP/DDU/DDP and other operation process), can independently complete the import bill, customs clearance, delivery, cost verification and other import operation procedures;

2, Have the resources of the local customs clearance agency in the United States, familiar with the knowledge of customs clearance in the United States, can provide the corresponding customs clearance services entrusted by customers;

3, Understand the import and export procedures, policies and rules of each ship company, customs clearance, truck company, receiving warehouse, etc., to complete the door delivery and box return service on time;

4, Have rich experience in local door service in the United States, can seamlessly connect the shipping company, agent, customs clearance, truck company, receiving warehouse and other communication, to complete the door delivery and return of boxes and other services on time;

5, Proficient in the operating system, able to timely and accurate data input, cost input and bill output and send;

6.Actively and effectively deal with customers' consultation on import business;

岗位职责:

1,熟悉掌握美国当地海运进口操作流程(含DAP/DDU/DDP等操作流程),可以独立完成进口换单,清关,送货,费用核对等全套进口操作程序;

2,有美国当地清关行资源,熟悉美国清关知识,可以应客户委托提供相应的清关服务;

3,了解各船司进出口流程、政策及规则,可以与船司有很好的沟通对接,可以处理和解决紧急或突发事件;

4,有丰富的美国当地门点服务经验,可以无缝衔接船司,代理,清关行、卡车公司、收货仓库等沟通联络,做到按时完成门点的派送和箱子返空等服务;

5,熟练掌握操作系统,能够及时准确进行资料的录入,费用的录入以及账单的输出及发送等;

6,积极有效的处理客户有关进口业务方面的咨询;

岗位要求:

1,具备进口操作经验,数量掌握美国进出口知识以及进口操作技能

2,具备良好的沟通能力、团队合作精神,有责任心,积极主动性强

目前我们使用的是一飞系统,若有经验匹配的最佳

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
